Vendor Agreement
Vendors must provide accurate business information, maintain truthful listings, honor advertised prices, fulfill orders promptly, respond to support requests and comply with product, tax, consumer protection and safety laws.
Vendors are responsible for stock, delivery, service quality, digital access, warranties, refunds, disputes and any documents required for high-value or regulated products.
